Who we are

RaidAI is a service operated by Triangle Software Ltd ("we", "us"). For data protection purposes, Triangle Software Ltd is the data controller. Our ICO registration number will be stated here.

What we collect

When you contact us or complete an assessment, we may collect: your name, role, business name, email address, phone number, sector, employee-count band, turnover band, details of your current software and processes, your goals and constraints, and how you heard about us. If you submit a form we also record your IP address and the time of submission, to help prevent abuse.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare honest observations about where AI could help your business, and deliver any work you ask us to. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where you opt in, we may send you occasional insights; you can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and assessment data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless we have an ongoing relationship that requires us to keep it longer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and email), under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw consent. Contact hello@raidai.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
