About RaidAI

Honest AI advice for businesses that can't afford to get it wrong.

RaidAI helps UK SMEs work out where AI genuinely helps, and proves it with a working demonstration before anyone commits real money. We're a new service, built on a long track record.

Our story

New service, not a new team

RaidAI is launched by the team behind Triangle Software, a UK software company that has been building and shipping real business systems since 1992. We started RaidAI because we kept seeing the same thing: SMEs sold expensive AI promises with nothing to show for it until the bill arrived.

So we built a service around proof. Find the opportunity, build a working demonstration against your own data, and only then talk about spending real money on development. If it won't help, we say so.

Since 1992

Three decades of shipping real software for UK businesses, through Triangle Software.

Proof, not promises

A working proof of concept against your data before any meaningful spend.

UK, plain English

Built for owners and managers, not data scientists.

The honest bit

What AI can't do for your business

An AI consultancy that only tells you what AI can do isn't being straight with you. So, plainly:

  • It won't fix a broken process. If the way work flows through your business is the problem, automating it just makes the mess faster.
  • It isn't free to run. There are real monthly costs, and for some jobs they outweigh the benefit. We'll model that honestly.
  • It isn't always worth it yet. Sometimes the right answer is "not this, not now". We'd rather tell you that than sell you something.
  • It doesn't remove the need for judgement. Good AI supports your people; it doesn't replace knowing your own business.

Saying this out loud is the whole point. It's what makes the rest of our advice worth trusting.

Let's have an honest conversation.

Twenty minutes, no jargon, no pressure. We'll tell you straight whether AI is worth it for you.
