How it works

Five stages. No guesswork.

A repeatable model that delivers certainty at every step, from your first conversation to a working solution you can stand behind.

1

Structured intake

We learn how your business actually runs. Start with a light self-serve assessment, or go straight to a discovery call if you'd rather talk it through.

2

Opportunity scoring

We map your processes against proven AI capability patterns and rank the opportunities by return versus cost and effort. The weak ideas get filtered out here.

3

Proof of concept The differentiator

We build a working demonstration against your real, anonymised data. You see it running, not on a slide. This is what lets you decide with evidence instead of hope, before any meaningful development spend.

4

Report & recommendation

A plain-English report: what we found, honest cost modelling for an SME, a roadmap, and the risks and limitations stated plainly. No jargon, no overselling.

5

Development handoff

A clean, development-ready brief with agreed scope, technical approach, integration points and success criteria. Build it with your team, with us, or with anyone you choose.

Questions buyers ask

Honest answers, up front

Do I have to commit to development?
No. The whole point of the proof of concept is that you see something working against your own data before you decide whether to build anything. If it isn't worth it, we'll tell you.
What data do you need for the proof of concept?
Usually a sample of real, anonymised data relevant to the opportunity. We agree exactly what's needed up front, and we keep it to the minimum that proves the point.
How long does it take?
The intake and scoring are quick. A proof of concept is typically a short, focused piece of work rather than a months-long project, because its job is to prove or disprove one idea.
Do we have to use you for the build?
No. The handoff brief is yours to take to any competent development team, including your own. We're happy to build it, but you're never locked in.
What if AI won't help my business?
Then we'll say so, and why. We'd rather tell you that early than sell you something that doesn't pay back.
